Data Storage

We store your data in Europe in a manner that complies with the GDPR. Your data will be kept for up to three years, until the study is finished.

Your Rights

You may contact our research team to exercise your rights under the GDPR (rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.): user-research@innoloop.eu.

Data Sharing

The aggregated results & quotes of a study are shared with all its participants and eventual partners of the study.
Aggregated results are presented as statistics and/or broad trends. All quotes are anonymized.
Participants are always informed in advance of the presence of a partner in a study.
Your data will not be sold, exchanged or otherwise given to third parties.

Data Anonymisation

Anonymisation refers to the process of removing identifiable information from datasets. So that the people described in the data cannot reasonably be re-identified.
All names are replaced with an ID number by our research team. They remove any information that can be used to link a person to a quote in our reports.
Only trained people who are independent of the production activity have access to personal information before it is anonymised.

Researchers publish results and interpretations of research in an open, honest, transparent and accurate manner, and respect confidentiality of data or findings when legitimately required to do so.
