Research process
Why are we doing studies?
-
We think that an innovation only makes sense when it reaches its users.
-
We believe that some of the best innovations come from the cross-fertilisation of skills and true collaboration.
-
In scientific objectification we trust.

The research process

We follow a classic heuristic process.
Our research team identifies the key topics in the innovation ecosystem. We formulate hypotheses. We determine the research protocol that will enable them to be tested. Sometimes the hypotheses are validated, sometimes not. In science, being wrong is already an answer!
There are dozens of types of user research. For The Inno.Lab, we have selected 6 of the most well-proven. We have ensured that we have a mix of quantitative and qualitative types. Their advantages and disadvantages are well documented. So the results are as objective as possible.
We often carry out multiple research projects on the same topic. It's by cross-referencing the results that we obtain the most reliable conclusions,
